About the Hotline and Directory

Which adult literacy programs are listed in the directory?

The hotline has been closed, and the directory will be up and available through December 31, 2010. The directory includes Washington State community based organizations, volunteer programs, and community and technical colleges that offer adult literacy classes, tutors, trainings and resources.  

Services offered by these programs include:

  • Basic skills (reading, writing, spelling and math)
  • English as a Second Language (ESL)
  • External Diploma Program
  • GED preparation
