This collection of forms, policy statements, process descriptions, and documents was submitted by managers of volunteer literacy/ESL programs in Washington State. The samples exemplify the Volunteer Literacy Principles, the standards developed by and for the volunteer literacy programs funded by Adult Basic Education. The materials were selected to meet the diverse needs of programs: rural and urban; ESL and literacy; large and small; community colleges and community-based organizations.
